La Jolla, CAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview experience started with meeting sales staff in the store during a group-style setting.

I was with multiple other people, and it honestly felt a little awkward at first—everyone was trying to get their point across and compete for attention. The conversation stayed fast-paced, and I had to make sure I still sounded clear and professional even with the noise of the room.

Questions were kept fairly simple and aimed at confirming I understood the sales environment and could communicate normally with customers and teammates. The pace and the group dynamic made it less relaxed than a one-on-one interview, but it was still easy enough to get through without getting blindsided.
