I went through a scenario-based interview, and then I waited.

It took about a month before I heard anything, and during that time I reached out for an update and didn’t get a response. I remember thinking it would have been better to know either way because I genuinely had a positive impression of the company.

By the time the process finally moved again, it still didn’t end in an offer. The whole experience stuck with me less because of the questions and more because of how unclear the timeline felt after the interview ended.
