I started with a simple phone screen that was mostly behavioral.

After that, I received an email saying I’d moved on to the next interview stage and that I should watch for a recruiter email to schedule it.

I never actually got the scheduling message. Instead, I got an email with interview tips for an “upcoming interview” that, at that point, wasn’t scheduled at all. I reached back out to the recruiter and didn’t hear anything for over a week. Days later, I got an automated rejection email. Overall it was frustrating because the process felt disorganized and unprofessional, and the wasted time really stood out to me.
