My first step was a pre-round take-home.

It wasn’t overly complicated, but it did include behavioral questions that helped shape the rest of the conversation. After I submitted that, I went into an informal hiring manager round where we went over my resume and I answered a couple general OOP questions.

Next I interviewed with engineers on a coderpad setup. That round felt like a great experience overall because I got to choose my language, and the interviewers were friendly. The final round was with another software engineering manager and again felt very informal—focused on fit-type questions like why I wanted to work there.
