Long Beach, CAPosted Dec 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a pretty straightforward application, and after that I went through a small series of interviews that wrapped up in about two or three weeks.

I remember the scheduling feeling simple, but there was also the usual possibility of a drug screen tied into the timeline.

My first conversation was a one-on-one interview, and I had the sense they kept things efficient. I talked with a manager in a casual setting and it leaned into standard sales-rep territory—work history and relevant experience, plus questions around my availability and how many hours I preferred. It also felt like they were actively hiring for near-term needs (the holiday season came up), so the tone was practical and focused on getting to the next step.
