I experienced a smooth campus-style recruiting flow for the Business Analyst role, with straightforward case rounds and quick turnaround.

First round (virtual) — Two back-to-back case interviews with only a small behavioral portion; the interviewers helped me walk through the cases and asked research/logic questions based on the facts.
Second round (in person) — An in-person continuation of the case-focused evaluation. Outcome: I received an offer (with a rapid timeline); the takeaway was that clear case reasoning plus responding directly to interviewers’ guidance helped.
