I went through a more standard (though still challenging) two-round process with cases that were less about deep econometrics and more about applying economic intuition and communicating clearly, across ~2–5 weeks.

Round 1 (multiple analysts / increasing seniority) — a set of one-on-one interviews that felt somewhat disorganized in scheduling, mixing behavioral with economic case discussion.
Superday / final round (long sequence) — several back-to-back interviews with cases; I also saw setup steps like preliminary analysis and damage/impact reasoning depending on the scenario.
