I only did a phone interview, and it felt fairly streamlined.

The call lasted about 30 minutes total, with roughly 10 minutes of behavioral conversation and then about 20 minutes on a case.

The behavioral portion was pretty straightforward—things like why I wanted to work in consulting and walking through my resume. Then the case interview moved in a progression of questions aimed at testing problem-solving more than anything overly flashy. Overall it didn’t feel like a stress test; it felt like they were checking how I think through a problem step by step.
