Boston, MAPosted Oct 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Business Analyst role in an early-stage setup that felt supportive and comfortable, though I didn’t ultimately get an offer.

First stage (2×30 minutes) — Two interviews where about half the time covered personal/background discussion and the rest was case work; interviewers were described as making me feel at ease.
Quick behavioral-to-case cadence — Another similar path included a short behavioral interview followed immediately by a case, with a positive tone and friendly team interactions. Outcome: I didn’t progress to an offer; the takeaway is that the friendly environment still tests how you structure your case thinking.
