I interviewed for Cornerstone Research’s Business Analyst role through campus recruiting with multiple case rounds that were generally guided and approachable, typically over two stages.

On-campus first round (2 back-to-back 30-minute interviews) — each began with basic behavioral questions tied to my internship details, then I worked through an economic consulting case that the interviewers walked me through.
On-campus round (1st: 30 minutes with an analyst) — about 10 minutes behavioral (why the firm, why economic consulting, and prior research/data work) followed by a case involving industry mergers and a dataset analysis task.
On-campus second round (2 back-to-back 45-minute interviews) — short behavioral segments then longer case work focused on fit
