Convoy Software Engineer interview experience

That was followed by an engineering screen where I discussed an impactful project I’d worked on and then dove into coding and technical depth—nothing felt hostile, and the interviewer made the conversation feel useful for both sides.

The on-site then looked like a typical engineering loop: coding, system design, and a technical deep dive where I presented details from the project I was closest to. Once I got to the offer stage, I met across different teams to understand fit, then narrowed down toward a specific initiative and spoke with leaders there. The whole experience was remarkably
