Seattle, WAPosted Nov 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with an online application and a recruiter reached out promptly to set up a call.

After that intro, I went into a first round with two coding interviews. Each began with some conversation about my background and a few behavioral questions before moving into typical algorithm problems. The tone was respectful and the interviewers felt humble, not performative.

Right after the first round, the recruiter got on another call with transparent feedback and told me they wanted to move me forward. That led into final rounds made up of three interviews: one focused on behavioral and company values, a technical deep dive centered on my past projects, and a system design interview.
