My journey started with an initial phone screening, and then it moved into multiple rounds that were technical-heavy and more spread out.

After the first recruiter call, I had two different technical interviews and also one behavioral round. The questions covered a mix of coding concepts and lower-level thinking—coding fundamentals alongside topics like bit shifts, functions, and dealing with data types.

In the technical rounds, I noticed a strong emphasis on how I approach problems rather than just getting to the answer. I worked through algorithm-style questions and also encountered questions that touched domain specifics—automotive unit testing, protocols and standards, and systems thinking around workflows and debugging.
