My process felt straightforward at first.

I had an initial call with HR, and then I followed up with another call with the head of the team. Everything was moving in a normal rhythm, and I could tell they had a clear sense of the stages they wanted to complete.

The last step was supposed to be a task or presentation, but that’s where it broke down. I never received anything to complete it, and after that I just got completely ghosted—I didn’t hear back from HR again.

I didn’t get an offer, and the main takeaway was how abruptly the process stopped. It left me wondering what happened after the final stage was supposed to start.
