The first stage interview was in person at the head office in central London, and it felt like a proper assessment day rather than a quick chat.

I went in and the process started with a group assessment that included a psychometric test, and then the day moved into separate one-on-one interviews.

Between the testing and the individual conversations, it was noticeably more intense than the short, casual setups I’d experienced elsewhere. The difficulty level felt high from the beginning and I didn’t get the direction I needed to feel totally confident about where I stood.

I didn’t receive an offer, and overall it left me with the sense that the evaluation was comprehensive—maybe too much so for the time it actually gave me to impress
