Condé Nast Customer Success Engineer interview experience

After that, I went into a technical interview that focused on practical knowledge and my past work, and it felt like a check on how I’d actually applied what I know rather than just theory.

Once the technical round was done, I had a conversation with the hiring manager that was mainly about team fit and whether the role was really aligned with how I work. After I cleared the rounds, HR came back to discuss compensation and the next steps. Even though I didn’t get an offer, the overall flow felt organized and straightforward.
