After my resume screening, I was sent an extra form that turned into an online, self-recorded video stage.

The setup was prompt-based: I got several questions and then recorded myself answering them. There were roughly four or five video questions like that.

It was hard in a specific way—not technical like a coding screen, but because it required me to perform and organize my responses without the normal back-and-forth of a live interview. I finished the recordings, and while the process moved forward to evaluation, I didn’t end up getting selected for the next step.
