I had a personal technical interview that centered on my skills, my process, and what I felt were my strengths.

The interviewer gave me a problem scenario and asked how I’d tackle it—less about memorizing answers and more about walking through reasoning step by step. After that, I moved into a phone conversation with top management.

That top-management round focused on my background and why I wanted to work with the company, so it felt more narrative and motivation-driven than the technical scenario interview. The final step was an HR round where we discussed general topics, including salary.

In total, it took me through several distinct phases—from scenario thinking to leadership conversations to HR
