I got an interview email through Handshake and university recruiting, and it turned into a Zoom conversation based largely on my resume.

The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable and not overly formal, and the questions felt like they were anchored to what I’d already shared.

After that, my later screen with an HR recruiter involved both a phone interview and a video call. We covered technical questions as well as questions about the company, and it didn’t feel too bad overall—just something I could handle if I’d researched a bit more beforehand.
