My process was surprisingly casual and human.

I joined a Zoom meeting with an employee and it didn’t feel like a formal interview. The conversation stayed supportive and engaging, and the person I spoke with was genuinely interested throughout.

What I remember most is how much context they shared about their work—real stories tied to products and projects at the company. I had plenty of opportunity to be part of the conversation, and the overall vibe was positive and welcoming. It left me excited about the possibility of joining.
