A few weeks after applying online, I got a call from the recruiter for basic phone screening and then an interview setup with the head engineer.

Shortly after, I had a one-on-one with the head engineer, and later the recruiter called me back the same day.

That quickly led into a panel interview with the whole team. They had me prepare five questions in a PowerPoint about myself, and the day felt like a mix of serious engineering discussion and lighthearted jokes. I heard back with feedback the next day and an expected decision date, and less than a week later I got the call that I had the job.
