My path was broken into four stages, and it felt organized from the beginning.

First, my resume went through selection, and then I got a call with HR. That conversation was mostly basic screening: who I was, why I wanted to join, and a general check of my background.

Next I spoke with a business strategy manager. That interview focused on my previous experiences and again on why I wanted the role, but it felt more like a deeper conversation about how my background could translate into the work. After that, I had a call with a business development representative where I spent most of the time discussing my work profile and what I’d be responsible for.

Nothing about it
