I went through a mostly light, recruiter-led screening flow with an online assessment and quick, basic questions over a short timeline.

Initial phone screen / recruiter call — a brief chat about my background and fit, plus role basics.
Online assessment — a timed Glider AI-style test with coding questions and self-introduction elements, monitored via a browser plugin.
Virtual interview (early round) — short 30-minute session covering easy behavioral questions and a handful of straightforward technical questions.
Outcome-gating by recruiter — after the early round(s), the process would continue only if I cleared. Outcome: I didn’t always progress, but the overall interviews felt manageable and more
