San Jose, CAPosted Apr 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process included two phone screenings, then a hiring manager round, followed by a take-home exercise and two technical rounds.

I ended up with an offer, but some parts of the compensation and stock setup felt confusing—especially how it would work if the company went public within a year. There were also schedule expectations that included very early meetings in PT time due to a large India-based team. I ultimately accepted the complexity, but I couldn’t ignore that the product’s quality issues sounded like a major concern at the time.
