I interviewed through three rounds: a technical MCQ round first, then a technical round, and lastly a combined HR + technical round.

The HR panel provided strong support throughout, and it made the later stages feel less stressful.

The overall structure was clear and the transitions between rounds felt natural. Each step still kept a focus on technical evaluation, but the HR part was supportive rather than distant.

I ultimately received an offer, and I appreciated that the HR presence didn’t feel like an afterthought—it was genuinely part of the journey.
