My process ended up being short and focused on a single technical gate.

I had a recruiter phone screen first, and then I went straight into a live coding frontend interview. The expectation was that I could build a rough frontend portion of a website within about thirty minutes using React, and the role seemed to strongly value that ability.

I didn’t get past that live coding round. The whole experience was difficult primarily because the timebox left very little room for uncertainty, and I didn’t demonstrate the frontend work they were looking for within the window.
