ClickUp Software Engineer interview experience

My interview unfolded over about a week and felt unusually productive and organized. I spoke with the hiring manager and also with a group of company leaders, and every conversation I had stayed open-minded and friendly.

What I remember most was how sharp and thoughtful everyone seemed. Even after the process, when I had questions, the recruiting team answered patiently, even after they had already made an offer. It left me with a genuinely positive feeling about how they run hiring—serious about clarity, and respectful in the way they handled follow-ups.
