My process started through an employee referral program, and then it turned into a day-long interview experience at the office starting around 10 in the morning.

The overall difficulty felt difficult, and it was very startup-paced—this was framed as a smaller company dealing with tax-related problems for customers.

Even though the schedule was long and the wait for the call to come felt uncertain, I remember thinking the day itself was more about seeing how I operated under sustained evaluation than about a single quick screening moment. I didn’t get an offer, but the day-long structure left me with the sense that they were assessing persistence and stamina more than just one technical flash.
