My experience started normally enough, but the process quality deteriorated as I moved forward.

After completing an initial round and waiting, I received an email saying the position had been closed. Then—shortly after—that changed and the process restarted, so I agreed to a managerial round.

The managerial conversation went well, but after that I hit a wall. HR never provided meaningful feedback, and I kept trying to follow up—multiple calls, texts, and an email—without getting any real response. Eventually it felt like I was being delayed until I stopped pushing. The same overall pattern showed up elsewhere too: rounds getting rescheduled repeatedly, decisions communicated abruptly
