After clearing two technical rounds, I had an HR call that was mostly about scheduling the final discussion.

I was expecting the last round to follow shortly, but after that call, nothing happened—no further round, and no updates.

The difficulty felt high-level average overall, and while I was okay with negative feedback or even vacancy unavailability, I wasn’t okay with leaving things unfinished. Waiting with no communication made me feel like I didn’t even get closure.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest thing I remember is how frustrating it was to chase clarity that never came.
