I went through the full interview cycle and cleared all the rounds, but the final result didn’t feel constructive.

At the end, they told me my notice period was too long, even though they already knew that constraint during the early part of the process.

The difficulty was average and, on the surface, the steps themselves didn’t feel chaotic—just that the process didn’t seem to have a real path to a decision once the interviews were done.

I didn’t get an offer. What stuck with me was the sense of completing everything only to hit a requirement they had already been aware of, which made the whole experience feel like wasted time.
