CitiusTech Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Easy

Positive

ChennaiPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through two rounds of technical interviews, followed by a final HR discussion.

The technical rounds themselves were easy overall, and the last stage felt more like process completion than intense evaluation.

What disappointed me was the pacing of communication after each step. The HR updates weren’t on time, and I ended up needing to call and email for feedback even after I’d moved to the next round.

I still received an offer, so the end result was positive. My reflection was that the process felt slower than it needed to be, and the lack of timely updates added unnecessary stress even when I was moving forward.
