I received an interview invite about a month and a half after applying through the website, and it was scheduled with two directors.

The session lasted about an hour and covered a blend of practical technical topics and behavioral questions. The technical part included basic math and economics, plus Excel command-style questions, and it also pulled in how I thought about the kinds of situations I’d worked on.

Another time I went through a similar length interview where we moved quickly from introductions into SQL questions, then jumped into a case-study style discussion paired with resume-related prompts. During that interview, I had to talk through my role previously and explain how my work added value to the company.
