I went through a super day style setup with multiple rounds where each interviewer seemed to focus on their own slice of what they cared about.

The overall difficulty felt high, and the pace made it mentally exhausting; sometimes it felt like the questions were less about what I knew and more about how I’d react to ambiguity—almost like head games designed to see how I think.

Even with that challenge, the process was structured around assessing reasoning, not just facts. I didn’t receive an offer, and the experience left me with the honest sense that I was being evaluated on process and thinking style as much as on any specific technical skill.
