After a psychometric step, I ended up with a telephone interview where I was asked a set of behavioural questions and it felt pretty conversational.

A short while later, the process moved into an assessment-centre format. I had to do a group exercise, then followed it with one technical interview and one behavioural interview, all designed like separate checkpoints rather than a single discussion.

Overall, I found the whole journey enjoyable and not especially stressful. The mix of communication style from the phone call into the assessment centre also surprised me—instead of feeling like a gotcha, it felt more like they were trying to understand how I’d work day to day while still checking core competencies.
