My process felt fairly smooth and easy to follow.

It started with an HR call, and then I moved into the main interview scheduling with either a pair of team leads or a combination of a manager and a team lead. The whole thing was set up so the interview didn’t drag on in confusing ways, and it also came with the sense that the company was open to moving quickly.

My main conversation included a mix of basic personal questions and some technical or role-relevant checks depending on how the manager ran it. At points it felt more like a conversation than a strict interrogation, and there was no big sense of being trapped by tricky questions.
