Cisco Solutions Engineer interview experience

I started with an in-depth conversation with the hiring manager, which set the tone and helped me feel like the round had purpose. Not long after, I had a technical interview.

Then came a role-play where I had to respond to a realistic customer scenario, basically thinking on my feet about how I’d handle the situation. For the final part, I presented a product and answered follow-up questions about it. Overall, the experience felt structured and respectful, and I never felt blindsided by the format.
