Cisco Solutions Engineer interview experience

The feedback during the process was consistently positive, and at one point a panelist told me the interview had gone well.

After that, everything went quiet. Weeks passed with no clear closure, and I never received professional notice from recruiting or the hiring team even after follow-up emails. Eventually I only learned the role was closed when I checked the status on Cisco’s careers site.

Even though the interviews themselves felt productive and the early feedback was encouraging, the lack of communication turned the overall experience sour, and I never received an offer.
