My first contact was a phone interview with hiring managers, and then things got intense quickly.

After that, I had a three-hour online coding test in C focused on data structures and algorithms. It was a tough session and felt like a real test of how I performed under sustained time pressure.

The directors who ran the process had engineering backgrounds, and it showed—everything felt technical and high-expectation. I didn’t get an offer from that round, and the overall experience left me with the impression that they were looking for very strong fundamentals and execution, not just familiarity.
