Ottawa, ONPosted Mar 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with an online application and then had a single phone interview that lasted about an hour.

The interviewer was very professional, and the conversation felt smooth. We went over my prior experience and the university courses I’d taken, which made it feel like more of a structured background walkthrough than a grilling session.

Even though it was my first step, it didn’t come across as casual. I was asked to explain what I had done and how it connected to the role, and the tone stayed supportive throughout.

That round didn’t lead to an offer, but it genuinely felt like a positive interaction and a good introduction to the company.
