I went through two coding-focused rounds that felt more like a trial of implementation and communication than an open-ended discussion.

They shared a set of JavaScript coding questions, and I implemented them in the interview context. In the next round, I walked through the solutions with the interviewer—talking through my approach and running test cases with them.

It was disappointing because I felt like the technical part went well, and the discussions seemed productive. Even so, I never received feedback or any update after the solutions review. The lack of closure left a bad taste, because everything ended as if I’d passed the immediate hurdle, but communication completely fell off.
