I got a call from the recruiter a few weeks after applying online, and they moved fast to set up an airport meeting with the hiring manager.

The setup was pretty laid back, and the manager didn’t ask anything technical.

It felt more like an introductory conversation than an evaluation of engineering depth. The overall experience was easy compared to the technical-heavy loops I’d seen elsewhere.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the process itself was smooth and low pressure—it just didn’t turn into a technical path that matched what the role typically requires.
