I experienced a fast, real-world oriented loop that culminated in an offer quickly.

Recruiter and scheduling — the recruiter was responsive and the turnaround from interviews to decision was about a few days.
Multi-stage loop (implied by the structured format) — the process focused on systems design as a practical problem rather than purely competitive coding.
Systems design round — I was evaluated on designing in a realistic way. Outcome: Offer; real-world framing and strong interviewer responsiveness helped me move to a decision quickly.
