I reached later stages and received positive feedback, but delays and poor recruiter communication derailed momentum.

Recruiter chat / scheduling via recruiter — I began through a recruiter and then proceeded through screens.
Phone screen — an initial call before onsite.
Onsite — a full onsite cycle that led to positive feedback.
Post-onsite team matching + compensation steps — I waited through team matching results and offer/compensation logistics, repeatedly hitting long gaps and missed follow-ups. Outcome: No offer (ghosted after compensation discussion); great interviewers didn’t offset the administrative breakdown.
