San Francisco, CAPosted Feb 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a seamless, upbeat interview cycle with a live coding exercise and a full onsite, and I received an offer immediately afterward.

Chat with recruiter — initial contact and coordination.
Hiring manager screening — discussion with the hiring manager.
Coding exercise (C or Coderpad) — a live coding task.
4-hour onsite (systems design + behavioral) — over video, mixing a systems design component with behavioral interviews. Outcome: Offer; clarity, good rapport, and a strong onsite translated into a same-next-day result.
