San Francisco, CAPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an otherwise standard early pipeline, but I never finished the process after technical work.

Recruiter/hiring manager outreach + phone screen — I spoke with a recruiter first, then moved to a later stage after the hiring manager reached out.
Online technical challenge — an additional technical assessment online.
Follow-up rounds (scheduled but didn’t happen) — I was expected to interview again, but communication stalled and I was ghosted. Outcome: No offer; even when the early rounds went smoothly, the lack of follow-through ruined the experience.
