Chewy Software Engineer interview experience

Not SpecifiedPosted Mar 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I don’t have enough concrete interview journey details from my notes to describe the rounds or what was actually asked, but I can say the final result mattered to me.

I ended up getting an offer, and honestly I was surprised by it because I thought I’d bombed the interview.

The only other piece of context I captured was that I was in the middle of interviewing around that time. That combination—being unsure while interviewing, then receiving an offer anyway—made the process feel unpredictable. My honest takeaway was that even when I felt like I didn’t land it, the decision ended up being more forgiving than my confidence suggested.
