I interviewed for a Chetu Software Engineer role that felt very easy from a process standpoint: the written round decided most of the outcome.

Written round — I focused on clearing the written test, which I found straightforward.
Short follow-up interview style — The interviewers reportedly looked for candidates who could quickly answer .NET basics, and they behaved like they had downtime and wanted someone prepared. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that if you already know common .NET basics, the screening can feel low friction.
