I experienced process steps that sometimes included training/bond terms and offer conditions that were deal-breakers even when the interview pipeline looked straightforward.

Assessment / initial step — a test first, used to qualify candidates before interviews.
Technical/practical stage — one or more rounds covering domain and role-relevant knowledge.
HR/practical offer conditions — HR discussed employment bonds (reported as 2 years) and I declined due to the bond requirement.
Unpaid training / onboarding concern — one path described unpaid training and questionable job onboarding after acceptance. Outcome: I didn’t accept/reach a positive end state, and the takeaway was that the non-interview terms (bond/training) carried major risk.
