I had a tougher, multi-round process with objective tests first, followed by technical interviews and a final HR conversation.

Aptitude / objective test — a first aptitude test described as objective; in one account there were no negative marks.
Technical round 1 — a technical interview after the system test.
Technical round 2 — another technical interview round.
HR round — final HR discussion. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that even with friendly interviewers or no negative marking, later technical/HR stages were decisive.
